Traditionally if you are having a birthday party and have invited family and friends for fika you should serve 7 types of biscuits. Guests would take one of each and if they didn't finished them they would be offered to take the biscuits home. Traditions and types of biscuits vary from different parts of the country.
Here is a list of some of the products in the Fika Bristol range. If there are any you are missing, feel free to ask. Always happy to make new biscuits.
Cinnamon Rolls - a not too sweet roll filled with cinnamon, butter and sugar.
Chocolate toffee snaps, decorated with Parlsocker - a decorative sugar which also gives them a nice crunch.
Kolasnittar med Ingefara
These are a toffee snap spiced with ginger, which gives it a warm flavour.
A wheat free oat biscuit put together with dark chocolate.
A chocolate biscuit with a hint of chili and cinnamon.
A buttery oat biscuit with a lovely crunch.
These biscotti is baked with saffron and half covered in chocolate. Only made around Christmas.
A biscotti flavoured with cardamom and almonds.
Ginger snaps spiced with cinnamon, ginger, cloved and cardamom. Only eaten at Christmas as well.
